The Howard

It's a very large building with many residents, but the staff is small and can't keep up with the cleaning; it's dirty everywhere, and there are problems with garbage disposal. Every Sunday a lot of trash is left in the parking lot. It's a shame I can't add photos. The swimming pool is nice and large, but the area around the pool is always very dirty.

Extremely disappointed with the leasing manager, Juan. He showed absolutely no sense of urgency and never followed through when he said he would call back. I had to keep reaching out just to get basic updates, and even then, responses were delayed or nonexistent. It’s frustrating trying to work with someone who clearly doesn’t value your time or take potential residents seriously. If this is how they handle inquiries, I can only imagine how poor the actual service would be once you live there. Definitely not a professional experience

The gentleman that gave me the tour was courteous and professional. Applying on line instead of there on the spot was the downfall of my experience. I'm a truck driver and not good with the internet or online application so by the next day when I was done with my job I tried to go back for help in Applying and someone else applied for the apartment which made it not available which really sucks.

I recommend Howard to everyone, it is safe, clean, cozy and comfortable! All unfriendly people should pass by, Everything is good. Everything is cool, there is a swimming pool and a sauna and a gym. There is a billiard table, all utilities are at hand. Everything is great. Thanks to the Howard team

The Howard has been a great place to live. I have had positive encounters with staff. I like the floor plan of my apartment. They accept dogs, so has worked well for me. I would recommend taking a look at The Howard if you are looking for an apartment.
