The Horizon at Springdale Park

My experience with The Horizon has been wonderful so far. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful. The move in process was easy. The apartment is beautiful, and we are so happy to be living the easy lifestyle. Maintenance requests have been answered the same day. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with The Horizon ! *********Update******* Updated review, we still love our apartments, but I will always leave an honest review. Unfortunately, our upstairs neighbors are so LOUD that I can never sleep. I wake up multiple times a night, and we have done everything on our side to communicate with the office. These apartments are supposed to be smoke-free and even state it in our lease. We come home to our apartment smelling like weed. We don't even smoke. People smoke in

Stayed here for 2 years when there were only about 4 buildings up. Over time, we started to dislike everything. The quality of the unit is cheap. We could hear our next door neighbors conversation most nights. The neighbors above us sounded as if they were stomping through the floors. (No carpet) if someone smokes you can smell it through your unit. There is supposed to be security but I’ve never seen anyone. They’re is towing and although not consistent, they will get you at random if you don’t have a parking pass. There’s paid parking for reserved spots but it doesn’t make sense to pay for that especially since there’s a chance someone else will park in your reserved spot. I am happy with my apartment. From the beautifully designed and kept property and amenities, the quiet and safe environment, to the diversity of the community and friendly neighbors, it’s everything that was promised online. My apartment felt brand new like no one else had ever lived in it. The appliances are in great condition. I love my balcony. The staff is very responsive to concerns. I had a billing issue that was resolved and I didn’t have to run behind them to have it corrected. Their maintenance is top of the line taking care of even the smallest requests quickly and efficiently. The online community portal makes it easy to request maintenance assistance and make payments anytime of the month. There’s free parking for those who don’t want to pay for reserved spaces but it’s nothing

This is the perfect place to live if you want to be surrounded by community members that feel no need to take care of the complex they live at. Here are beautiful examples of how the trash looks several times a month. If you want to be in a community where dog owners don’t take care of their pet waste and leave it on their balconies, come here. Constant trash and disregard for living at a community that has several shared spaces. The apartments themselves are not horrible but were quickly built and several things needed to (and still need to) be repaired. Save your money, patience, and sanity, and spend your $2000 for a 2bed/2bath somewhere else.

When I first moved in, the staff at the time were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making the transition into my new home smooth and stress-free. They went out of their way to be flexible with my move-in process and worked closely with me to ensure everything went as planned.
