I want to thank you and management for handling this snow storm so well. I am so impressed with how quickly you all responded to clean up. It started mid-storm on Sunday and by Monday afternoon we were all clear. My last apartment would have taken days to make things passable. The clean up team helped me dig out by bringing the snow blower to my car. They made it easy ! This is such a lovely place and so well managed! Thank you to you all!

I moved here about 3 weeks ago and I must say this is a beautiful place to live.feels like you live in a 5 star resort. Everything is kept very nice and clean.The office staff are very friendly and helpful people. Deven assisted me through the whole application process and was very kind and helpful. Also had to put work order for a few simple things and the maintenance responded quickly and is very polite and courteous person, had very good communication with me as to when it was ok for him to enter the apartment. Love all the amenities they have from the club house to the dog park and my packages being secure in the main office. So far I’m very satisfied living here.

DO NOT COME HERE. I was constructively evicted from my apartment due to a serious and ongoing roach infestation that management failed to fix. I shared my first sighting of a roach in my kitchen—within a week of moving into the property at that—immediately with the management team and still continued to see roaches two months after the fact. I couldn’t use my kitchen for that entire time. They were in the cabinets, drawers, on my packaged food on the counter top (see attached). Additionally, I was given less than 24 hours notice that an exterminator would be coming to my home during the work week (notice that I received only when I asked what else could be done at that rate because I was at my wits end), simply told “they will be there tomorrow.” I couldn’t take off of work with less than

My boyfriend and I came to the property last week and were immediately impressed with the clubhouse. It feels like a hotel when you walk in and the team onsite was very nice and helpful. We really liked their 1 bedroom lofts since we both work from home. Looking forward to moving in!
