I was coming up on the 1 year anniversary of my new home review and I had 3 quotes from different home Inspectors. Charley Crowe’s quote was in line with the other 2 quotes, and he was recommended by someone else in the neighborhood so I chose him to do the inspection. Now to start I want to say that I have owned and sold 6 homes over the last 35 years so I am familiar with the home inspection process. After Charley issued his inspection report I had several issues with it - to which his response was “We do have to put our limitations in the report regardless of how unhappy it makes our clients.” Keep in mind that I was home during the inspection and he could have discussed any of these issues with me at the time, but chose not to.
