We used Paul for a recent home inspection. His prices were very fair and he was incredibly thorough and on time. He delivered the report the same day of the inspection. He noted obvious stuff like the absence of smoke alarms, but also more subtle things like the absence of P-traps under some of the sinks and drawers not closing flush with the cabinets.

I recommend Paul to all of my clients. He is thorough, responsive and knowledgeable. He just caught a major issue on an inspection for one of my clients that could have cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars down the line. It wasn’t something that every inspector would have necessarily noticed and/or addressed at length with the buyers. Very grateful for Paul and his expertise!
