DO NOT MOVE HERE--I have lived in this complex since August of 2025. Problems began before I even moved in so I should have taken it as a sign- regardless, my unit was not going to be ready the day of move in and they let me know less than 48 hours to move in that this was occurring. I signed my lease 4 months prior to me moving in so I complained and was told they would make it work and get things ready for me. It was not. The apartment clearly had not been cleaned, they had just finished installing the floors and there are nails sticking up between the kitchen and living areas. I had an emergency and my water was not able to be turned off all the way because they had painted over the faucets and you could not move them. I had to get help from an outside company because they would not re

**DO NOT LIVE HERE** Rude office staff, broken apartments, unsafe complex. I moved here from six hours away and two hours into my drive they told me they wouldn’t have my apartment ready for another week. After about an hour of negotiations they moved me into a different layout and this apartment was falling apart at the seams. No AC in the peak heat of August, a toilet that runs constantly, broken microwave, stovetop that doesn’t heat up, split doors, cracked countertops, and much more. Maintenance requests were submitted repeatedly and I was in the office almost daily trying to get things fixed. The response I got each time showed they had no control over their maintenance team. Only after I reported them to the city did I get my ac fixed three months later. Even still, the new ac leak

I moved in July 2025 and signed a 13 month lease. With the 13 month lease I was supposed to get two months for free on rent. Sometime in December There was a new management switch And I was informed they would not be honoring my 13 month lease and that I only had a seven month lease. During my seven months, the Wi-Fi that I paid for has never worked in my apartment and management has refused to fix it; one individual told me I needed to get my own Wi-Fi. There is multiple issues regarding the interior of the apartment, such as the floor is hollow in certain areas under the carpet and hardwood. Any repairs that were made before I moved in weren’t actual repairs just coverups. My hot water has been out for about a month and a half and I’ve been forced to take cold showers management doesn’t

You need to read this before looking to move here. All of this is true and I have lived MANY places over the last five years and this place, truly sucks. I’ve lived here for 8 months now and these are the challenges I have faced. 1. I haven’t had heating for almost 4 months!!! Yes it’s true and now my AC is down and I don’t trust them to fix it. Numerous work orders, emails to management, promises things will be done…. I see code of compliance come through here all the time. They cannot keep up with the amount of work orders. There are two maintenance people for this entire giant complex. it has been the hardest thing about this place. Maintenance doesn’t know how to fix the issue. 2. This one comes down to again they can’t complete work orders, for which I’ve had maybe 7 and not a single

I have lived here since October. When signing the lease i was told I would get November and January free. November comes and they're constantly texting me and charging my card telling me i have a balance due after i called them multiple times explaining how this month is free the problem got fixed half into the month. Now we are in January I called on the first because I had the same problem of them constantly charging my flex account and sending me messages telling me my rent was due, I went up to the office and specifically spoke with the guy that told me i had the months free and he told me he would get it fixed. Now we are at the end of January and balance is still on my account. I called today and they just said they would call me back and i came home to a letter on my door telling me
