If you're here looking for reviews about which Real Estate Agent to use - stop your search now, Drew Hollinger is your guy! Typically I find Real Estate Agents provide so little value and I'm upset about how much I'm paying for me doing most of the work anyway. Not so much with Drew. We are not local and the value he added to our transaction (we sold with Drew) was so great that he covered his fee and then some. Drew's pulse on the market and knowledge of how to strategically attack our sell was bang on leading to very happy sellers. Sale done, great - but the good didn't stop there as Drew and his team assisted us in closing the deal and navigating everything else that needed to be done. If Google had 7 stars, Drew's getting 7 - he's that good.

Everyone at The Hollinger Team was incredibly professional, helpful, friendly and responsive when we had questions or needed to communicate. Dane Hollinger was incredibly open to our work schedules as to when we were available to go see homes. We had asked Dane to see a home and he had vehicle troubles and still made it on time to view not only that home, but surprised us with 3 other viewings in the same area, one of those surprises has become our home. As we got down to the wire, Our real estate agent had a long time vacation scheduled, (real estate agents need vacations too). We worked with Dane to find a Montana spot for our family in late 2020. We found Dane's advice to be informative and well balanced but what really set him apart was his responsiveness to our needs. As we proceeded with the transaction, the larger Hollinger team had a chance to show that the high level of client service continues throughout the firm. If we sell or when we buy we will certainly use the Hollinger team. Would we reccomend Dane and his team? I doubt you could find better representation.

The Hollinger Team is a real Blessing to work with! Everyone is extremely friendly and fun! They truly do work together as a Team to keep everything running smoothly and keeping updates current as to the status of showings, and all the steps through the closing process.
