The Hills at Capital City

Absolutely LOVE living here! This apartment complex goes above and beyond to create a welcoming, vibrant community. The apartments themselves are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, truly a pleasure to come home to. The neighbors are friendly, and the management and maintenance teams are hands-down some of the best I’ve ever experienced. They’re quick, professional, and always helpful. They’re always bringing something new and fun to the community, from hosting events and parties to introducing new food trucks. And now, they’ve even added a pickleball court, which is such a fantastic addition! There’s a real sense of inclusivity here, and it’s clear they care about keeping residents engaged and happy. The best living experience I’ve had in my entire time of living in Tallahassee. With my graduation looming I’m now moving out and want someone great to come in and take my place of the last five years. Take care of it for me. Peace out The Hills on capital city it’s been real. Naomi, Elizabeth and Maria will take great care of anyone looking for a cozy place to stay at.

We got our apartment keys today- the community looks lovely, the amenities are great. Everyone working in the main office is a delight to work with- Maria showed us around in a full tour and met with us a second time. I believe it was Elisabeth that met with us today to hand off the keys. Both women were very sweet and helpful. The house is lovely as well, with new carpets and paint

Safe and comfortable. Amazing maintenance and very caring staff!! My kids enjoyed the pool and the work out equipment was everything I needed. When friends stayed over, they enjoyed their time, as well. Shout out to Naomi for being such an incredible person and for helping my move to Tallahassee to be so much more peaceful. The staff really listens, are friendly, and so responsive. Cool food trucks and events also take place here.

Resident since early October, 2017. Love my spacious 3/3 apartment. Selected it for its high ceilings, spacious living room, accommodates my dining room furniture cannot say enough nice things about Naomi, Michael, and all the rest of the staff. They are so positive and helpful anytime I need anything. The hills at Capital City is located in a great location East Tallahassee close to all the medical facilities TMH HCA all the doctors offices close to the mall close to I 10 close to downtown. The grounds are nice and hilly are great for walking. there. are flat spaces and hills give you a good workout. Recommend that you check out the Hills at Capital City.
