I have been living in this property since 2022 and I still live here today. I’ve had a very positive experience with the office staff, especially Rosa Cortez and Jonathan. Rosa, the manager, is very kind, understanding, and treats everyone with respect. She listens to residents and works with you when you need help. Jonathan is also very helpful and always gives you the opportunity to explain your concerns and works with his coworkers to find solutions. The entire management team is nice and helpful, and they do their best to support residents and keep a positive environment. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

My friend's Experience at The Hills Apartment Homes “I want to share my friend’s experience to help others considering living here. Her vehicle was broken into while parked under one of the property’s security cameras on 11/24/2025. When she first went to the office to report it, no staff or management were available. She returned on 11/26/2025 around 3:15 p.m., at which point staff and management were present. She provided her police report, but staff made a copy of her driver’s license, which has not yet been returned, even after the office closed for a holiday, causing additional stress. Shortly after, the manager told her that her car had to be removed within 72 hours or it would be towed, even though it was parked in the visitor lot. Johnathan is the absolute best! I love the whole CYM Management team but Johnathan gets the top spot for me. Thank you for helping with home issues and getting them resolved quickly and always having an answer to my questions. Love it!!!

Good starter apartment-spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Rosa the office manager is very friendly! She takes the time to go over all the lease information with you and made the move in process easy!!

Hills Apartments, managed by Cym Living, has been really frustrating. The corporate office/accounting team ignored all our emails, and they’re 23 days late returning our security deposit — they only sent a partial refund with no itemized list of deductions, well past Indiana’s 45-day legal limit (68 days total since we moved out). The property manager seemed to genuinely care and tried to help. However, there were still roach problems, car break-ins, and pool hours that don’t work for 9–5 workers. The rent was cheap, but moving to a safer, cleaner, more accommodating place was worth it.
