The Highland on Briley | Apartments in Nashville

I want to start off by saying that everyone at Highland on briley has been so kind and helpful. There are a few things I’ve noticed since moving in early November. Our washer/dryer took almost 1.5 months to get to us, some of the gym equipment has been broken since I’ve been here, the front gate has been broken and the gate for the dog park doesn’t close properly so your fury friends can get out. The noise level has been descent and around the buildings are very clean. The big reason for choosing this place was the dog park, gym and pool and until something changes I will only give this place 3 stars.

I stayed with my friends there up until the day they moved, the people in the office are so rude, theres a man up there that thinks he can talk to people anyway he wants to. There's a new lady there now that was being extremely rude as well. They called my friend just to hang up on her and ignore her calls. The roaches there are awful, they give old burnt appliances when yours breaks.. theres drug deals that lead to gun shots, we know that because we found a shell casing by my friends child's window and weed and blood by our car. Its unsafe. The maintenance men are very flirtatious and make you uncomfortable too. Seems they only wanna show up when your man isnt home, if they focused as much on there work instead of talking to married women maybe it wouldnt be as bad. You wont be able to ta

I've stayed there and it's roach infested my apartment wasn't cleaned roach eggs all thru cabinets the managers are liars they maintence person said she cleaned etc my oven had mice fecus in it I took pictures to show them. I come from management with food eitha way it's common sense to not rent out and it's not up to part because alot of residence dnt care to complain they woulda got ah complaint to the city and ppl woulda been fired cus one roaches carry deceases and mice u have ppl with children that have health issues. They are all about money charge for the stupidest things if ur smart you would make sure your not getting overly charge.my dishwasher smelled like roaches whole apartment I sanitize to the max it was just overly infested they give u traps that dnt work the roaches was

I’ve lived here for a year now, and honestly, it’s been a rough experience. The short black lady in the front office is extremely rude and unprofessional. There’s never any parking near your building if you go out after 6 PM, good luck finding a spot when you get back. They also have a serious roach problem. I’ve lived in multiple places and HAVE NEVER had roaches in my home until I moved here. My AC has been out since mid summer and it still hasn’t been fixed. If you value peace and sleep, this alao isn’t the place for you. There are constant parties with loud music going until midnight or later, kids running and screaming all night, and even parents joining in yelling and banging on doors. Most (not all) of the management staff is rude and unprofessional.

I currently live at the Highland on Briley, it's my 1st place for me and I'm enjoying my living situation... The apartment was clean and everything looked new... My daughter loves it... The maintenance team is shiws up and does excellent work with repairs or replacements... The office staff is also amazing... You can always find help here, whether it's with maintenance staff or office staff, they got you here... It's an awesome place to live... And I plan on staying awhile... lol
