The Highland Apartments

I have a 1B1B and it’s just enough space for me and the view from my living room & balcony is amazing. I’ve been here about four months now and I love it so far. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve had multiple issues but request are handled very quickly normally within 24 hours. No issues with parking and quiet neighbors & neighborhood close proximity to everything in my opinion. Great location!

We stopped by today for a quick outreach visit and had the pleasure of meeting Dariuce and Ty. Both were super friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to from the moment we walked in. Dariuce took the time to chat with us, while we waited for Ty and he honestly made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. Ty was equally awesome and even tho she was extremely busy she took the time to sit down with us, and answer our questions…you can tell she genuinely cares about her role and the people she works with. Really appreciate her professionalism and positive attitude. Great experience.

We got the two bed two bath town home and moved in a little over a month ago. I can’t say how much I love living here enough! The office staff and maintenance team are so wonderful. I had a couple issues that needed to be fixed and the maintenance guy was here within two hours after submitting a ticket and had it all fixed an hour later! As a first time apartment renter this place has exceeded all expectations I had. There are so many restaurants and stores nearby. My boyfriend and I ride our bikes everywhere because it’s all so close. Rent is definitely amazing for all that you get here. Neighbors are super friendly and welcoming. Lots of cute dogs running around. I’d definitely stop by and tour if you’re interested!

I am writing this bad review as a previous tenant, because months after moving out, I received a derogatory remark on my credit report from The Highland AZ due to $91. I called 8 times since this occurred and the manager confirmed I paid everything on time and there is no reason for it. Ty has been looking into it for months supposedly with NO communication or correction. This is the typical experience at Highland. We were glad to move, yet the poor service experience still continues to haunt us. Save your time and money and most importantly, energy. This place is a joke

Don't live here!!! Trust me! They look nice on the outside, are centrally located, and have garages which make them very appealing... but they are awful to live at. 1. They refused to fix a broken ac, (Told me just not to run it)AC floods every time it's used. It freezes over then melts and floods. (See pics and videos) 2. Sprinklers flooded the apartment, they cut a huge hole in the ceiling and never patched it. (See photos) 3. Won't fix Black mold left over from apartment flooding because they refused to fix AC or shop vac out sprinkler leak. Told me to get an air test done to prove it's Black Mold. (See photos for proof) 3. Staff members have been caught stealing packages right off our porch. If staff didn't take it, package thieves would. (See videos) 4. Had someone try to break
