People say you can’t find the perfect house. They say you can’t get everything you want within your budget. They say you have to sacrifice items on your wish list. I say they’re all wrong. David Phipps of the Hyel Group-Houston proved all of that wrong for me. He was incredibly patient, truly listened to what I wanted, and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase—without ever applying pressure or making me feel guilty. He found me my dream home within my budget, and the entire process was smooth. I was truly blessed to have David as my real estate agent. He is outstanding, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

I had the pleasure to work with Jack through this whole process of looking at homes to buying our own first new home! As first new home owners, we didn’t really know what to expect nor what or how the process looked like but honestly Jack was very informative about it all and any questions we had, he had an answer to. Overall, Jack was very professional about it all and punctual about his time.
