I moved to Bowling Green December 2025. Before moving I looked at several places. I kept coming back to The Heritage. The cleanliness, the size of the apartment, the amenities and big plus for me the convenience to everything I would need. Once I toured the facility and met the girls in the front office I knew this is where I was suppose to be.. The ladies in the front office are the sweetest group of ladies you will every have to deal with.. For me when I walked in the office the first time I immediately felt like I had 3 new friends in Bowling Green.. The apartment is extremely comfortable and very spacious. I have never regretted my decision to make The Heritage my home..

Come live here if you want some of the worst renting experiences of your life. Most recent problem was the ice as described by someone else. While they act like they could not for see that, everyone knew there was going to be a bad storm for 10 days before. There was no icing or anything done. Other problems include bugs everywhere caused by all the residents lack of picking up their own dog poop. It’s gross and you can’t even walk on the grass without getting poop all over your shoes. The buildings look nice but are full of problems that staff does a cheap job of trying to fix so it doesn’t fix anything just masked the problem until the next time it pops up. If you move in, look forward to putting in multiple requests to fix the same issues over and over again. The maintenance people a

To start this, the property manager we spoke to in person was so unprofessional & rude. Property management is not an easy job at all, so we try to be as respectful & understanding as possible, but her choice of words towards us did not reflect her status of being a qualified manager. She hung up the phone on us, which resulted to us having to drive up there to get more transparency. At one point during the in person conversation she told us if you want my job then apply for it when we expressed our disappointment. I’ve never experienced something so unprofessional when all we requested was clarity and to receive more transparency, instead of getting one sentence responses over the phone. I am not one to leave a bad review, but the way this situation has been handled so poorly, I feel the

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This property was bought out and renamed The Heritage in late 2025. The staff was completely changed, and that’s when everything went completely downhill. The current staff seem unprepared to effectively manage this property. In my experience, Mackenzie was extremely rude and unprofessional in her communication. For example Mackenzie’s tone and the way she spoke to me as a resident was condescending and conversations did not led to solutions or meaningful assistance. The other staff member Janessa is nice, but was unable to provide clear or direct answers to reasonable questions. Communication with her often felt circular, which made it extremely difficult to obtain clear, straightforward information. Emails frequently go unanswered, and when you do receive a response

If you're looking at moving here, don't. Save yourself the money and stress. Since being taken over from the Bel Air, I have been paying $200 extra a month not including any extra charges they love to throw on. There hasn't been one month since renewing with them that I haven't had to go up to the office and get them to reluctantly fix our rent. The new office workers are rude and don't know how to answer questions. Any amenities the bel air had that made it feel worth the price are gone. They overuse their mass communications (texts and emails) to the point my husband blocked them. I'd give negative stars if possible based on what we've dealt with and will seemingly have to keep dealing with until our lease expires... this place no longer feels like a community, but rather a tank full of
