The Heritage at Downtown Gilbert

Bad apartments, live here for years, and company making me pay for repairs that is wear and tear. Be careful choosing here. The past few managements were good, but not this new one.. takes my whole security deposit and makes me pay for repairs. Apartment had water damage before I move here and it made floors go up. I was promised they would fix it and now I’m paying for it.

Would never recommend these apartments. Renters insurance is a must to live here- and for good reason. The building as and apartments are not maintained and the management company is unresponsive and unhelpful.

Was a nice when the lady had owned these apartments now they gave it to a young guy that could care less about keeping these apartments looking good trash all over the place cars flying in and out of here just ridiculous

Great management, comfortable living!

Very nice access to parking and entertainment including about thirty wonderful restaurants.
