Management Doesn’t Care — Repairs Ignored, Residents Rude I moved in about three weeks ago, and I’m already regretting it. Several basic repairs that should have been completed before my move-in still haven’t been fixed, even though I reported them right away and followed up multiple times. The management team has been completely unresponsive. To make matters worse, some of the residents are rude and inconsiderate. A neighbor even called the police about my car because my parking sticker wasn’t clearly visible, even though I was parked in my assigned spot — which led to my car being booted. This place has been stressful and disappointing from day one. I would not recommend living here to anyone. Also. Many things in common areas broken or dirty.

On Sunday, October 26th, the clubhouse fire alarm went off due to a storm, and went for 11 consecutive hours, keeping residents awake through the night. It was not only disruptive but also deeply inconsiderate that no one from management responded or took action to stop it. Ironically, the management sent an email the following day, reminding residents about quiet hours. If residents are expected to maintain respect and quiet during designated hours, the same standard should apply to management operations. At the very least, an apology and explanation should have been sent to all residents acknowledging this failure and outlining how such negligence will be prevented in the future.
