The Henry

This has genuinely been the most frustrating and headache inducing lease I could ever imagine.The team is unresponsive to door handles being broken (BY INTRUDERS), cars being broken into (BY INTRUDERS) on top of the countless other break in’s that REGULARLY happen. The key fobs do NOT prevent break ins. And if someone can break into the lobby they can approach any unit’s front door! They add things like vending machines with $6.99 bag of skittles instead of hiring ONE person to watch over the parking lots. Within the first week of the vending machine being added, it was smashed open and left in the lobby for days after the staff was notified, glass on the floor where dogs walk. They allow people who do not live here to sleep in there cars in P1. The parking garages are constantly having is

I loved my time at the Henry. The only reason for 4 stars is because it was kind of loud due to the train and traffic. Otherwise, the staff was always very friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I loved the option to text the office with questions/concerns. They were really great at responding quickly. I only had one maintenance request to submit in a year and a half (for a very minor thing) and it was taken care of promptly. My view was gorgeous and I loved how they held community nights at least once a month, sometimes once a week! Very pet friendly, but still clean. The property was always very well maintained. I was always so proud to bring people over and show off my amazing apartment. Only reason why I left was because of the military.

This used to be a good apartment building. Now thefts are occuring weekly. Packages and bicycles are stolen in a secure room where only occupants can access. The company refuses to install security cameras to catch the thieves living in the property. It is no longer safe or secure. Until management takes action, unfortunately it is not a secure location. UPDATE: The Management did add security measures to doors and cameras. They even posted camera images of the thief, who was eventually arrested. So amending the rating. BTW, the area on the Foss Waterway is beautiful.

Apartment was nice. Started having thefts in building and felt unsafe. Charged excessively for repairs upon leaving. Office staff was nice though

I can't say enough about the current management at The Henry's! They are professional and personal, knowing every tenants name and their pet's name and genuinely caring about each tenant. First impressions are everything and Melissa exudes happiness and never gives the impression this is just her job!! If you have any issue or maintenance need or just a general question, things are handled quickly and professionally. There are monthly social gatherings that allow tenants to mingle and get to know one another and make new friends. Very pet friendly and all are welcome!
