Beautiful Property and very affordable for such a perfect location! So close to USM, shopping and all of the restaurants. Staff are always so kind and smiling, you can tell they truly care for their residents. They also put together awesome events for our community. Highly recommend!

This apartment is the worse I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to stay here. My water was brown I went without power in certain parts of my apartment at night and when I told management they kept putting me off, Showed them proof still didn't do nothing. The sink in the bathroom water barely came out. Showed them proof of that as well. Management and maintenance is a joke. there. Now that I moved out I cleaned that apartment good and recorded it when I got done they don't want to give my deposit. The last video Is the apartment after I cleaned it

I've lived here for the past 4 years and this new Management has been nothing short of amazing. Maintenance is so quick to address any requests and the Manager and office staff are always so kind and helpful. You can tell they all genuinely care about their residents and their property. Don't pay no mind to the negative reviews, people only leave bad reviews when they didn't get their way or probably got evicted and didn't like that management was just doing their job! I would recommend The Henry to anyone looking for an apartment, looking for affordable pricing, great location and amazing staff!!

I LOVE THE HENRY! We lived here back when it was Foxgate Aps and recently moved back in. Words can’t express how grateful we are for the team! Maintenance is quick to respond and comes out after hours. They walk around in the morning together and pick up trash around the neighborhood. Office ladies always greet me with a smile when I bring in my rent check. We love it here and would recommend to anyone looking for home!
