I lived at the Henry B from February 2020 to January 2025. In the timeframe that I have lived there, I had numerous of maintenance issues from pest control to a faulty dishwasher to multiple times having problems with the AC unit at one point I went almost.4 months with it not being repaired. I had to go with a window unit due to the inability of them not being able to repair the outside unit. Also, the showers paint in the bath peeled so bad. They would also turn off the water without notice and leave it off for an entire day. At one point, they even try to charge all tenants for repairing pipes stating that due to whatever it was, that was being flushed was the tenant’s fault so they were trying to make the tenants pay additional money on their rent to repair. I'd like to re-post a review to the maintenance workers here on site. Rob and Mario have to be 2 of THE BEST here. Anytime I need anything, they're here. Again, I feel safe and blessed having them around. Someone is always on call 24/7. Brian and Rob have got to be two of the most well mannered, handy maintenance men I’ve had the pleasure of crossing paths with. I just moved into my apartment 2 weeks ago and they have been extremely helpful getting my boys and I settled in. They were quick, thorough, and focused on getting the job done. I feel safe having them around.

Big thank you to the new maintenance team ( Mario and Robert ). They been doing a great job 👏🏼 always shows up on time when request submitted and get the issues fixed. Thank you and appreciate your hard work.

First- Cockroaches everywhere. Doesn’t matter how much they spray your apartment, they don’t do control in the surrounding apartments so you can’t get rid of them. They recently switched to magna pest control who did a “clean out” where they force your to pack up half your stuff so they can spray all cupboards etc… and the bugs have gotten worse since magna pest control took over. Second- new property managers almost monthly. It seems this property is where they stick the problem managers to get rid of them. The office staff changes almost weekly. We have one person working in the office -Liz- and she is the bright spot to living at this place. She seems to actually give a crap about the state of the property and the tenants, but she is limited in what she can do as she isn’t the property

I've been here for almost a year and I like it a lot here. It's pretty pricey, but for the peace and quiet, it's worth it. If you have any work orders even if they're backed up, maintenance will take care of it. Justin, who's the floater maintenance guy here is pretty awesome! He's knowledgeable, honest, and will take care of what needs to be taken care of. This place gets 5 stars! ❤️🙏🏽❤️
