I loved living here and would have continued to do so if I didn't need to move across town. It would have been nice for the dead bushes to be replaced, but it's still a good community to walk around. The dog park is great as well! The staff is also kind and any maintenance requests were quickly addressed.

Very disappointed with the current management. Since Consuelo took over, communication has been extremely poor and unprofessional. She is often dismissive when residents ask reasonable questions and rarely follows through in a timely manner. It feels like tenant concerns are treated as inconveniences rather than priorities. Simple requests turn into unnecessary back-and-forth, and getting clear answers is frustrating. Good customer service and respectful communication should be the bare minimum in property management, but that has not been my experience here under Consuelo’s leadership.

A big Shoutout to Jazmine and Consuelo for making my move in soo easy and perfect. The house was clean and ready for me. I love staying here , the area is clean and no noise l love that . It’s also close to everything.

Quiet and cozy for an older community. No apartment is perfect but this one is pretty decent. I would love for Asset Living to update the buildings exterior and grounds. Also, it would be nice to have the option of paying for valet trash pickup. Thank you to the Asst. Mgr. Mrs. Ware for always being professional and thorough.

I am very disappointed with this residential complex. We have been living here for the second year. When we first moved in, there were some shortcomings, but they were not critical. This summer, the owner changed and some kind of nightmare began. My lease ended at the beginning of the summer and when I extended it, no one warned me about the upcoming changes, and so I am forced to live here now and see all this. Since the end of the summer, the new owner began "repairing" the equipment. I was not given a choice whether to live in this renovation or not. I think the attitude of the new owner towards the residents is terrible. I believe that it is possible to improve the residential complex without causing inconvenience to the residents, but for some reason the new owner did not take advanta
