The Henry Apartments

I’ve been living at The Henry for 1 year now and I honestly have no complaints. Maintenance always come through when needed. Nicole and Antonio are exceptional at what they do. They are Professional and carry a strong poise through challenging task. Anything I’ve needed assistance with they have and continue to be patient and helpful of my needs. Highly recommend moving here. Neighborhood is peaceful and have no issues since I’ve arrived here.

Great place to live! Perfect location. Incredible clubhouse with perfect ambiance, gym, pool and grilling area, sand courts, and the coffee maker is a perfect added bonus—great place to get work done! The leasing office has the best team—Nicole and Antonio always willing and ready to solve problems and make sure needs are met, maintenance team on top of things, and Amanda makes sure everything is running smoothly. Great sidewalks and peaceful walking around the apartment complex. Good place to live!!!

I really love The Henry Apartments. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with care. The property is well maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would!

I moved into The Henry at Camp North End in March 2024, and my experience from day one has been amazing. The leasing office was professional, welcoming, and patient I toured the property several times before committing, and they made the process seamless and stress-free. After a management change shortly after I moved in, the experience somehow got even better. Huge shout out to Antonio, Nicole, and Amanda, along with the maintenance team they are true rock stars in my opinion. From community events to rent specials and quick, reliable maintenance, they consistently go above and beyond for residents. I truly enjoy living here and highly recommend The Henry at Camp North End to anyone looking for a great community in Charlotte.

I had a wonderful experience touring the property! Antonio, who gave me the tour, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the community. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Amanda, who was professional and welcoming, as well as the Assistant Manager, Nicole, who was equally polite and kind. Overall, the customer service was exceptional, and I truly felt welcomed. What an amazing experience!
