The Hendricks at San Marco

We love this place!! We have lived here a few months now, and we are so happy we moved here. We came over from the beaches area and we are so surprised at how much we prefer being in San Marco. The apartments are nice and modern, and the property is well maintained. If you have anything you need maintenance on, they are quick to fix it. The apartments are centrally located and are super walkable to amazing restaurants and bars! Our favorite part has been taking evening walks in the historic neighborhoods in the area too. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!!

This has been my favorite property I've lived in. The walkability to grocery stores, dining, nearby parks, and more is unmatched in Jacksonville. The entire staff is professional and friendly, and so quick to remedy issues as they come up! Unlike some other places, communication from the management team is kept on a "need to know" basis, which is much appreciated. The gym, pool, and common spaces are fantastic, and always clean. San Marco is a great neighborhood and I'm glad to call this community home.

I have really enjoyed my stay thus far. My move in experience was so smooth thanks to the amazing staff. Moving from a couple states away can be daunting but they made it so easy. The location is in such an amazing spot, just steps away from amazing food and drinks. A short walk to the river front and to the cutest park which has been amazing for my puppy. I find myself very lucky to have found this apartment complex because I love San Marco!

I've lived here for over a month and I absolutely love it. The apartments are very modern and sharp. Having Publix 10 yards away and many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance is a huge plus. You definitely feel safe within this community and I'd highly recommend touring this place to anyone looking in the Jacksonville area.

Sharnita is amazing! She showed me around the property and knew everything. She made the move in process super easy. 10/10!
