The Heights Collection

Please save yourself the money and time and don’t sign with Heights Collection. This management is beyond rude and unresponsive. Maintenance requests took weeks to be acknowledged, but I kept brushing it off in hopes that it was just busy. I have lived around the Heights for 5 years and I have never, had a move out experience that was as bad as Heights Collection. Before move out, I recommended prospective tenants, who are personal friends, to management. At the time, I was under the impression that this management was just slow. But unfortunately, those friends signed, because after this I hope they leave and don’t work with HC again. I honestly feel guilty for leaving them in Heights Collection’s hands. Very unprofessional staff they do not care about you at all and you are only money to them. As well as maintenance takes multiple reports and calls to get them to come out. I had multiple instances where I had to put in a maintenance request over and over again just for them to come out 3 weeks later. I had water damage to my ceiling, maintenance came out after about 3 weeks form initial request. Once, they were there they looked at it for about 5 minutes did not do anything and promised to come back to paint the water spots...... they never showed back up. When texting with management about another issue with them, there only response was just a "Have a GREAT day!". I highly suggest you consider elsewhere when looking into a place to live.

Had a wonderful experience at the office for the heights collection ! Kathy and Deisy took their time, explaining everything to me and showed me all the apartments, they are top rate. Please come and check them out.

Great apartments - management is trying their very best, I moved in a couple of days ago my apartment is great the only slight issue I had was with the key but it was fixed immediately.

I have recently moved in and have been enjoying it. The manager, Fernando, assisted me throughout the whole process and made me feel welcome.
