The Heights at Rock Hill

If i could give no stars it would not express how bad it is to live here. From the unprofessional staff in the office to the unqualified and rude maintenance. When speaking to the Director of this apartment complex, it becomes very evident as to why they have the disrespect issues. Not a single person will take accountability for the lack of communication and understanding. For example, during our lease resigning we were lied to about our rent having to be increased. Corporate informed them that there would be no rental increases on any residents resigning but Kiana said that she was increasing our rent AFTER corporate told her to. Renovations are currently ongoing and there have been multiple open top dumpsters left on the property that are allowed to remain overflowing and smelling foul.

Jericho was very knowledgeable and made my application process very easy. He also was very nice and went above and beyond to make the application process easier. And Taryn also did an excellent job of cleaning the apartment before my move in.

I want to sincerely thank Asa for his kindness and professionalism. He arrived promptly, listened carefully to my concerns, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail, but what truly stood out was his friendly and respectful attitude. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely care about helping others. This level of service makes a real difference and is greatly appreciated.

Great Experience at The Heights at Rock Hill! I stopped by the office at The Heights at Rock Hill to get some information on prices and availability, and Miss Lisa was wonderful. She sat down with me and went over all of the nice amenities that will be available once the office opens. She was friendly, patient, and very informative. I really appreciated how welcoming she was, and my visit left me excited about the community. Definitely a place I’d consider calling home!
