Ok so hear me out…First of all, Gavin is a super knowledgeable and helpful little cutie pie!! Second, we love this place. The amenities are legit! You know how some places say they have a gym and then you get there and it’s a treadmill and a stationary bike? The end? NOT HERE!!! They have a nice weight room (an actual one) a meditation room, and a basketball court!!! The apartments are nice, and the community was quiet. It’s definitely at the top of our list while we shop!

Rob was amazing during my tour! Great energy! You can tell he really cares about this property and keeps up with all the residents best interests. He definitely made it feel like home from the start.

I want to commend Rose for her outstanding professionalism and consistently positive attitude. Every interaction I’ve had has been pleasant, efficient, and handled with care. She is knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help, which makes living here a great experience. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the residents. I’m very happy to be part of this community and would highly recommend it because of team members like her & her professionalism.

I’ve been living in this complex for almost a year now, and while I honestly do like my apartment, I’m extremely disappointed in how this place is being managed. The lack of communication and care is unacceptable. For starters, the basketball court is never open, which is ridiculous considering how many kids in this community, including my little nephews, just want a safe place to play. Then to make things worse, I recently discovered the locker room door locked with tenants’ personal belongings inside. My nephew’s things are in there, and it’s been two days with no notice, no email, no explanation. I work a full-time job from 9 to 5, and by the time I get home, the office is closed. Nobody answers the phone, and there’s never any follow-up. It feels like the residents’ concerns don’t mat

From the moment I first visited the property, I was impressed not only by how beautiful the community is but by how genuinely kind and professional the staff are. Robert was the first person I met, and he truly set the tone. He gave me a thorough tour of the property, took his time to explain everything in detail, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the process. His patience and professionalism made a lasting impression. Gavin was equally wonderful — he showed me the exact unit I ended up choosing and was so helpful, friendly, and attentive. Rose also played a huge role in making the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. Between the three of them, I felt completely taken care of from start to finish.
