We had no choice but to move my son and his roommates into a dusty apartment full of cobwebs. The property manager sent a cleaning lady over (while we were gone)who ONLY wiped the kitchen counters and left. I can’t even believe they gave them keys to this unit as if it were move in ready!!! If Nasty, antiquated, and over priced are what you’re looking for, this is it! Enjoy. I ended up having to scrub the tub myself - so he could take a shower and it is still a mess- pictured below.
Very nice apartment complex for University of Tennessee Students. Nice views from the balconies. Apartments are spacious and in good condition.
