The Hawthorne Apartments

Been a resident here at Hawthorne for a year now and I can honestly say I love it. The staff are really nice and the maintenance team takes care of things right away. Would definitely recommend them.

I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment! The building is well-maintained, clean, and quiet, which makes it feel like home. The management team is responsive and friendly — they always address maintenance requests quickly and professionally. The location is super convenient too, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I especially love the natural light in my unit and the modern finishes throughout. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free living experience!

After so many months searching for a great place to leave, we finally found it. The Hawthorne apartments have everything we were looking for. I'm so glad my brother recommended them. And to make our experiences better we had a great help by the leasing agent Lili. She is great ! she answered all of our questions and gave us a tour on many apartment units. She always has a great smile and attitude. Thank you for all you help to make our leasing smooth and easy.

my family moved in 6+ months ago and honestly i am glad they did! this apartment complex is so clean and welcoming, and even though i've already gotten accustomed to this place it feels like i've just moved in for the first time 🥰💞 no complaints from me!

The roached in my apartment. We are charged $3.00 a month for pest control and we have to request to be on the list. I feel they should charge when they come out or come out every month like they charged. The parking is outrageous. I feel everyone should get one parking with apartment and any additional can be $40. The carpet get terrible when water is spilled it still contract dirty. Maybe tile everywhere except for carpet in the bedrooms. The blinds are cheap. When you barley touch them the fall and break. Lately someone was in my parking space and I called and called the towing number and never got anyone. I spent an hour waiting outside for whomever to come and the security needs to speak English, not only Spanish. He was no help. Awhile back I called the ambulance and they had no ser
