The Havens of Lake Charles Apartments

Best place to live, my mother lives on property and the office staff is always checking on her Tremaine and Kelly are firm but with compassion, anytime my mother needs help taking her water out the car Jesse and Keith always helps. She feels safe and that’s what’s important to me.

The apartments are so spacious and the area is good. It's around everything! The office staff is great and the maintenance guys are so friendly.

This is the senior side and tho i didn’t qualify to live on that side i noticed while i was in the office the residents coming in with cookies and treats for the staff that lets me know they enjoy living here.

I have been in the vistas for 9 years this is the place to be. They have accomidated me and and the managers that had come thru has been wonderful. The senior side which is the havens has been amazing they allowed me to move my father in and he is content. Our property is amazing come check us out tell them i sent u and u will be pleased.

I like the apartments here at the Haven. Their apts are well built and secure though they're is no security systems but you can receive a parcel outside your door and it will be there when you arrive. The apt have crown molding in the living area and dark colored cabinets in the kitchen that I love. They are luxury apts for 50 and over. Pets allowed.
