The Haven

Their rooms are great, reasonable priced, and perfect for Ball State students! Only have to pay for electricity! They are very kind and helpful anytime I call with questions. The pool is awesome and so is the gym they have for residents. Parking is good, plus very nicely sized (especially in the 4 bedroom apartments!) love the layout, too! Thank you The Haven for being a great home away from home for college!

truly an awful place to live. the management could not not care less about the residents. the companies they hire to do things like snow removal and reroofing are also garbage. and be careful they might move you to a 3rd floor apartment which makes heating impossible because of the high ceilings that you didn’t even want!

The experience I had was very nice. The tour showed all parts of the complex and the tour guide was able to answer all our questions in an effective manner. I can definitely see myself living here next year

Run! Don’t walk!…..to see Cecelia and check out Haven Apartments! She will give you the best tour of a beautiful apartment facility with many amenities such as a pristine pool, ample workout facility; not to mention the spacious apartments with generous balcony outdoor living space.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I DEFINITELY WOULD!!! My roommate was harboring a fugitive who was trespassed from the property in our apartment and management knew all they would do is call the police on her and the police would tell her to leave and she would come right back. Complained to the office multiple times and they essentially did nothing. Also my roommates left the house a mess when they moved out and they charged all of us a cleaning fee. 0/10 would not recommend!
