The Haven

I can honestly say that I am perfectly happy living at the Haven. The entire team cares about this property and it shows in the way they treat the residents and each other. I have not lived in apartments before and was not at all looking forward to it, but I have felt comfortable and safe while I've been here. I have never been treated with anything but the upmost respect anytime Ive had the need to go to the office and maintenance? They are amazing and it shows that they care and take pride in their work.I do wish people would stop driving into the gates, as soon as they fix them, they have to do it again, but thats not the fault of the staff. Thank you for everything you all do. I look forward to living here for years to come.

We rarely do reviews, but this one is due to our safety living concerns. We were and are responsible tenants who consistently paid rent on time and maintained our unit. The on-site office staff and maintenance team work hard to care for the property; however, our experience over the past year was significantly impacted by ongoing safety and quality-of-life concerns within the community. The most serious incident involved a violent altercation that occurred inside the community while the access gates were broken and left open. Gunfire was heard, community security presence no where in sight and the individual who was injured and shot came to rest outside our ground-floor bedroom window while we were sleeping. She truly listens and takes the time to talk to you one on one, like you actually matter, not just another tenant. As a Latina, it means a lot to me that the manager is also Latina.
