Me and my family were looking for a cheaper place to live and we found this apartment complex. We toured the next day the office was open and was signing the lease that weekend! The people here were so kind and upfront about things and I really enjoyed the service from Melissa she was swamped with people coming in and still made time to check in as we were reading the lease then gave us the keys and checked out the conditions of the apartment with us. We were respectful tenants-never noisy, never messy, and always compliant with community rules. Not long after moving in, I suffered a serious chest injury at work that left me temporarily disabled. This caused financial hardship, and while I was always transparent with the property manager, Melissa, she repeatedly showed inconsistency in her responses and attempted on multiple occasions to push for eviction, even when rent was just slightly late for valid reasons. Once my disability payments began coming in regularly, I paid on time every single month. Horrible 2 year experience living here. They are asking way too much for the lack of amenities. The apartment wasn’t turned correctly before moving in and wasn’t properly cleaned. Anytime anything needed a repair the maintenance man never did it due to his personal feelings and not being able to work in the unit while we weren’t there. The only time a repair was actually made was when the AC unit failed in the middle of the 100 degree summer. It took maintenance 3 weeks to even come look at it and tell us it needed to be replaced which was obvious. Then not to mention another month of them after having an ac company put in the estimate. They had my infant child in a 90 degree home for 2 months. They didn’t provide any type of portable air conditioning after multiple complaints. Stay far aw

I had an appointment today at 3:00 PM to tour the apartment, and I arrived at 3:04. The leasing agent was in the office but didn’t come out to greet or speak with me — she just told me to wait. I waited for about ten minutes until she finally called me, asked for my ID to show me the apartment, and I quickly went to my car to grab it. When I came back and handed it to her, she said to wait. rude attitude. She told me to “make another appointment” instead of honoring the one I already had. Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff — I do not recommend this place at all. Honestly, the staff were unprofessional, rude, and had no respect for people’s time. Very disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The Leasing Consultant Tatianna is a gem. Super friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell she cares a lot about her job and residents. The Manager Melissa is not friendly at all. Moved in today after being stressed through the entire application process. I asked if there was an issue with pest especially cockroaches and was told no. Found a baby cockroach inside my daughter's new room. If you see one there is more. Unit was filthy dirty missing closet door. Hole in the wall missing pieces of the baseboards. Floors dirty, furnace cover lifting off the wall. Kitchen cabinets partially white partially yellow.
