I currently rent a 1 bedroom unit and want to say, my experience at the Hannah has been great. The building management and superintendent has been responsive and attentive, which sometimes can be a challenge to find in NYC. The room itself has a modern touch, is spacious, all the appliances works fine, and the price per SF for rent is consistent with the area.
Beautiful apartments, very clean building, super clean lobby and the super is always nice and friendly.
