The Hamptons at Palm Beach Gardens Apartments

I’ve truly loved living at The Hamptons at Palm Beach Gardens, and the staff here has made the experience even better. I first got in touch with Roxanne while I was still in Chicago, which honestly could have been overwhelming since the property is in Florida, but she made everything so easy. We coordinated virtually at first, set up a viewing, and when I came down to see the place, I absolutely loved it. Roxanne worked with me to make it all come together, and we were able to sign the lease without any stress. Since moving in, both Roxanne and Kathy have been amazing! Always kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or service requests. You can really tell they care about the residents and want to help however they can. As a vendor representative, I have to say, and review one of the nicest staff I have come across. Roxanne, Gabby, and Kathy know the true meaning of kindness. On top of that, it is the nicest community and clubhouse. Very modern and super clean!!!

We recently toured The Hamptons and I was really impressed! The property was clean and beautifully maintained. The leasing agent, Roxanne was absolutely fantastic. Roxanne was incredibly kind and patient. She took the time to explain the application process, community perks, and even shared personal insights about the neighborhood, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience, and we left feeling confident that this would be a wonderful place my cousin could call home as she is new to South Florida!

Although I don’t reside here, I have a handful of clients for whom I cat sit and dog walk. It’s a nice place and good for walking. My five stars are for the helpfulness and enthusiasm of Roxanne O’Brien in the leasing office. She gave me a tour when I asked about possibly moving there, and she has continued to be so kind and accommodating when I have questions. She’s a whirlwind of joy and fun. Thanks Roxanne!
