The Hampton

My fiancé and I love our experience with the Hampton thus far. Candice was very responsive and respectful with any questions we had about our upcoming move in process. We got the call we were accepted a week after putting in our application, which I applaud because it ca be so stressful waiting on the yes or no call from a place. I’m excited to see what this new year will have in store for us in our new home.

If you’re thinking about moving in do it!!! I moved in a few months back and it’s absolutely amazing. Friendly environment & don’t let me get started on the maintenance guy(O’Shea), he’s very nice & puts his best foot forward with every task,with great time management. Pool and property always clean I have no complaints! Honestly one of the best decisions I made this year props to you guys!

Candice was very accommodating and answered any of my concerns promptly. I had a lot of questions and concerns and she handled them all very nicely.

Update 6/29 that nonsense reply means nothing. Now we can’t use the sister community amenities AND the pool’s still closed but we saw people coming out of it when we were coming back home. Don’t expect the pool to be open on weekends unless the employees are going to be using it themselves. We had to go to the sister community because ours still had the closed sign up well after 10AM. When we got there, another couple told us they asked the maintenance guy to open it and he said he’d do so soon. An hour later it still wasn’t open so they also went to the sister community. When we got back, he had opened it for himself and his family with the closed sign still up.

I read the reviews before I decided to move on. To say the least those reviews have not been my experience. Thank you Arlene for working through technical difficulties and snow storms to have my apartment ready on time! Thank you Divante (my bad if I spelled your name) for being a great maintenance man. I have seen you everyday since I applied here making things better! Arlene you are great leasing agent. From day one I told you what I wanted/ needed and you helped make it happen. Thank God I met y’all when I did because I love my new home. Thank y’all so much again, see you around neighbor!!
