When I was searching for a one-bedroom apartment, I visited Then Hamilton because there was a specific home I was interested in. Mario gave me an outstanding tour and thoroughly explained all of my options. I was truly impressed by how beautiful the community is and how friendly everyone was. I felt completely confident in my decision to lease, especially since the application process was smooth and stress-free. Move-in day was such a wonderful experience. The entire team gave me such a warm welcome and really made me feel at home. Overall, my experience has been excellent. Any small concerns I’ve had were addressed quickly and professionally. I’m very happy with my decision and would highly recommend this community!

Don't move there. It's the worst condominium in Dallas. On April 23, 2025, at 4 p.m., I was robbed in my apartment. They took all my jewelry from the apartment, mine and my boyfriend's, all my wallets, and stole some of my and my boyfriend's shoes. They never took responsibility for anything. According to them, they never saw anything on the cameras. And they never wanted to show me the cameras when I asked for them. A building that they say has maximum security and they break into cars. Anyone can enter your apartment. They never see anything and never know anything. The maintenance team is garbage. They enter your apartment while you're not there and search everything. They're rats, and the people from the office are even more garbage. They took all the stuff from the plastic laundry st

I don’t usually write reviews unless the experience really stands out but In this case, I felt it was worth sharing just how much I’ve enjoyed my time here. I’ve been living here for over two years now and I must say that this place has truly felt like home. Living here is more than just having an apartment—it’s an elevated experience. The atmosphere, amenities, and overall environment create a sense of pride and comfort that makes you look forward to coming home each and every day. It’s rare to find a place that blends luxury with such a genuine feeling of belonging, but this one does it beautifully. What makes the biggest difference, though, is the people. From management (Natalie, Ryane) to concierge and maintenance, everyone works with such professionalism and care that daily living

Toured with Mia. She was awesome. Showed me several apartments. Same builders as my apt in austin Signed a lease today. I havent paid any attention to the negative reviews from people who never toured or lived here.

Very dirty & unprofessional... I toured a unit, which was "cleaned" & "ready" to be rented out. Not only did it smell musty & like sewage, the carpet (which I was told it was replaced,) stained & smelled of cat urine. The one who took me on the tour originally took me to the wrong unit & opened the door of an occuiped unit, which is just outright unprofessional & I couldnt imagine being that tentant, espically if I was nude or such in my OWN space. There are better options in this area & I recommend to steer clear from these supposed "luxury" apartments. The amenities they offer may seem like a great selling point, but upon touring the areas, they seemed very unkept on, just like the whole building itself.
