The Hamilton at Lakeside

Excellent facility. From the moment you visit it for the first time, you are super pleased with the charismatic treatment of its employees, immediate attention and quick response to any concerns you may have, its apartments are very well maintained and of excellent quality.

I’ve had such a great experience living here at The Hamilton at lakeside for over 4 years. From day one the staff has always been friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests or questions I’ve had. The community is quiet, clean, and feels very safe, which I truly appreciate. The amenities are a huge bonus, I love having access to the gym and sauna without even leaving the property. Everything is well maintained, and the grounds are beautifully kept year-round. Overall, I’m really happy to call this place home. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well managed apartment community with a helpful team and great features, I highly recommend The Hamilton at Lakeside!

I really enjoyed living here! The place was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management was responsive and helpful whenever I had a question or needed something. The neighborhood is great too—convenient, safe, and close to everything I needed. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

It’s a great place to live, but? They are three deficiencies one in security, one in exterior decore in the hallways and one with irresponsible dog owners: 1. The locks from the pool and gym are still not working, and this could lead to a stranger entering with out authorization at night. Being a person who served in the US NAVY I take security seriously. 2. If the hallways were white instead of mustard yellow, the hallways would have the illusion of being bigger and nicer, and at night it would look brighter with the hallway lights. 3. Don’t know who the neighbors are, but theirs dog poo sometimes in the grass and few times I can smell it. That’s why I can give it a 5 out of 5 for now, it’s mostly a 4.3. It’s a quiet place to live, mostly most neighbors live quietly, and maintanance

I have been living at the Hamilton at lakeside for 3 years in October, the first 2 years were not bad. After Kassandra left I will be honest I feel like everything went to shambles with this place. The hallways are never clean the only time they actually try or clean them is when inspection is coming to give a good show. When work orders are put in if not put in as emergent or high demand they can take up to 2 weeks to fix what’s needed. At this very moment my air conditioning is not working in the apartment and it’s at 80 degrees in the apartment, meanwhile I have a newborn baby and a toddler, they gave me a portable which only works in one bedroom not the whole apartment. Tomorrow will be day 3 with no air conditioning in my apartment and they lack to communicate any updates unless I go
