He clearly knows his business and guided us through the entire process with confidence, patience, and flexibility. Every question was answered thoroughly, and we always felt well informed and well advised. Vivian proactively called with all necessary information and checked in to confirm next steps, ensuring my elderly father’s flawless move-in. Brenden was courteous and knowledgeable about the entire building and made us feel welcome during our visit. Hugo walked us through the look-and-lease details and made everything easy to understand. Wonderful community with many amenities including a well equipped gym, pool, large gathering spaces, theatre, pet spa, and more! The building has a very modern feel and is kept very clean. The team are very friendly and responsive. The addition of the park in the front has added value to the local community and is great for those with young children to have an accessible, outdoor play area. 10/10 would recommend!

It’s been a great year living here. The maintenance team is quick. Management team is very responsive. Neighbors are friendly. And the amenities are top tier. Love to stay here and looking forward to working with the team to renew my lease. update: the community is great but the renewal offer too tough to stay.

Nice place with great amenities. We toured the other day and were amazed by how nice the apartment looks. Mindy is friendly and very nice to answer all the questions. Out of our budget but we may come back to tour smaller floorplans
