The Grove

The Grove apartments are a one of a kind experience! From the very first interaction this complex and its staff make you feel like you’re at home. The office staff members are professional and knowledgeable but make you feel like a friend. The maintenance is top tier in efficiency and problem solving. The property itself it well kept, has 24 hour amenities and a courtesy officer on site for any problems that might arise after hours or on the weekends. The price for the property is the best in Grayson county that I found during my hunt for a home. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for their new favorite place!

The Grove is truly a gem to call home. It’s peaceful, exceptionally clean, and the staff goes out of their way to make residents feel appreciated. I moved in recently and, honestly, I don’t have a single complaint. They even left a welcome basket on the counter the day I arrived, tell me that isn’t the sweetest touch!If you’re searching for an apartment that actually feels like a community, The Grove is absolutely the place to be. I’m 100% confident you’ll fall in love with it just like I did. You won’t be disappointed I promise.

I have lived here a little over two years since moving to Sherman from Houston. I have been so impressed by our manager and assistant manager, Alysa and Reagan. They value the residents and work hard to make sure we know. The maintenance team is excellent, too. If they run into any issues that are not easily fixed, they stick with it until they figure it out and they always ask to make sure they’ve done everything I need them to. Pest control comes on a regular basis so I’ve not had any issues with that. I’ve lived in enough apartments over the years to know that no place is perfect, but Alysa and her team work hard to fix anything that needs that needs fixing and even harder to anticipate and prevent anything from happening in the first place. The grove is an amazing place to be. I couldn’t love Alyssa and Reagan any more than I already do. They are so amazing and very inspiring and nurturing. But not only that even our maintenance crew is absolutely amazing. They will get things done for you asap and quickly I might add. They have a rocking team here at the grove and I’m proud to say I live here! They will take care of you rest assure.

I recently toured this apartment while helping my daughter search for a new place, and we were both very impressed! The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location. The community felt safe and welcoming, and it turned out to be the perfect fit for her.
