The Grove Apartments in Orangevale have been completely transformed, and the difference is incredible. The entire area has been cleaned up, giving the community a fresh, welcoming feel. The apartments themselves were gutted and rebuilt with brand-new appliances, modern flooring, updated siding, and fresh paint inside and out. When I rented years ago, I never had a dishwasher, microwave, or washer and dryer — but now each apartment comes with all of these conveniences. The family room and bedrooms even have ceiling fans to help with our hot summers, along with central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
