The Grove Luxury Apartments

These 5 stars are for maintenance. We had a leak in our celling and the guy that came to fix it was so helpful and nice! I guess we had a leak in the tub upstairs. We had an appointment for someone to come take a look. He was on time and when he showed up, I think his name was Josh or James (tall guy with a big red goatee), he made sure to wipe his shoes clean before he stepped inside. Anyway, he knew right away what was going on and was able to fix it on the spot. However since it was a leak the celling had to dry out before he could fix the spot in the celling. He said he'd be back in a week to fix that part. When he came back he was able to patch it up and make it look like nothing happened. He was very nice, fast and efficient!

Living at The Grove has been a great experience! The community is clean, quiet, and really feels like home. One of the things I appreciate most is how fast the maintenance team responds—every request I’ve submitted has been taken care of quickly and professionally. A special shoutout to Oliver, who has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. He’s friendly, attentive, and always makes sure everything is handled the right way. Thanks to him and the team, living here has been smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend The Grove to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live!

My car was hit by a box truck and was in the shop being repaired. I informed management that I’d have a temporary vehicle and they said I may park in the areas that aren’t green and aren’t assigned numbers which is the overflow parking areas in the lots. My car was towed that night and they refuse to take responsibility. I am stuck with the bill because of their staffs misinformation. Additionally, my apartment wasn’t fully repaired from the previous tenants. Because the property was so eager to not have downtime between tenants; they had me move in right away with unfinished utilities. Lived through all of summer and half of winter without heating or air conditioning. I filed a maintenance report to have it fixed. Let me be very precise about my terrible experience attempting to rent a 1 bedroom apt at the Groves. Hopefully this review will help someone not choose this place. First of all, I'm a single father with an autistic 6 year old. We are relocating to Petaluma for better school and therepies for his ASD. I went to the groves on Tuesday. I told them I was very interested in the apt I was shown. Then, the application process. I worked very hard everyday filling out the application. I called the office daily. Only to find out at 6pm on Friday that all of the units I was offered, were taken. I was initially told that a $62 fee was required for the application. Then it was $362. I was ready to pay any amount as my child and I are homeless, living at the KOA or camping in our van. Now, it's Friday

Avoid at all costs! They have a history of towing both tenant and guest cars, lying about it, and profiting off of it. The sprinkler systems are always broken and spewing water, creating a swamp. When we moved in the apartment had not been cleaned, there was food from the previous tenant in the fridge, stains on the carpet, and blemishes on the wall. When we moved out they sent us a massive bill for fixing pre-existing problems. We responded asking for proof of the damages, they did not respond and sent us to collections. They intend to harass us by affecting our credit, forcing us to pursue legal action to avoid paying unjust fees. We have the luxury of being able to fight them, but clearly they take advantage of people that do not have the money and/or time to defend themselves. They a
