The Grove at Watsessing

I have been with the property for about 4 years now. Initially was at one92 grove then moved to Watsessing. Beautiful property. Perfect for my family and i. Stiben and Lisa are always there to help with any questions and directions; great people, the assistant man Alexis very helpful anytime i have questions. Maintenance is quick when there are any issue. Shout out to Eric. My bother is with the property as well and also got my friend move in not long ago. I will recommend this property

Our entire process from application to move in was incredibly simple and Lisa and team were accommodating and responsive at every step. They made life very easy during what most probably consider the most annoying process; moving.

I have been living here for 1.5 years and everyday is getting worst. They raise the rent every year but the services are reduced. We went from 24hr security to 2pm to 7am (meaning between 7.01am to 1.59pm you are unprotected) I am concerned for my family safety. They said they have "protocols" but is a lie. I wouldn't be surprised if one day my car would be vandalized. They dont enforce the rules in the contract (btw, there is no mention of the security, very convenient) there are people using parking spots that arent theirs, the visitor parking is also used by permanent residents, the guards do rounds when they remember, otherwise they are watching their phones and smoking. I cannot say enough good things about Stiben and Lisa from the leasing office at the Grove. They were an absolute pleasure to work with during our recent move from 85 to 95. From the moment we started interacting with them, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly accommodating.
