The Grove at Tramway

Mercedes has single handedly changed the atmosphere here at The Grove. Her attention to detail, keen ability to get stuff done, and she’s indeed been an amazing property manager. As she continues to run this place and get things in order. I can see The Grove being one of the most sought after apartment complexes in the tramway area. I’ve been a residence for 9 months and have loved every moment of being here. Great staff and neighbors with amazing views.

Looking for a new apartment and took a tour. The property manager, Mercedes was very knowledgeable and kind!! We also had the opportunity to meet Henry, the maintenance manager. Henry was very quick to want to help and keep the properties in amazing conditions. The two employees made the property feel like home without any pressure for signing a lease. I appreciated the service :)

Mercedes, our property manager, has been more than lovely since she's been taking care of the complex. Grateful for her and Henry, who installed our new washer and dryer! Would highly recommend this place to friends, we just renewed our lease for another year.

I've been here a year. I've had 1 small issue and they fixed right away. Mercedes is also so good at her job! She cares about the tenants and treats it like our home. If you want to live in the heights and not break the bank, this is your place! Just FYI new owners*****

My boyfriend and I just moved in and had the best experience ever with Mercedes! She helped us so much in getting into our place as fast as possible. She helped us with any questions and was very kind! The complex is very nice cant wait to go swimming!!!
