The Grove At Swift Creek

My husband and I moved here a year ago and we absolutely love it! We had toured 8 different apartment complexes in the area and had decided to go here because it had the most space for the best price (plus Erin did our tour and she is super friendly and personable). Since moving in, we have loved calling this place our home! The office staff and maintenance team are amazing and go above and beyond whenever we have needed anything. The grounds are also kept really beautifully with flowering bushes and well trimmed grass all of the time. The pool is also kept really clean year around along with other amenities such as the gym and grilling area. We absolutely love it here and will be staying here until we decide that we are ready to buy a house as we really couldn't see ourselves renting anyw

My family and I absolutely love living here! The staff and management in the rental office are always so pleasant, friendly, helpful and they make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door. Any time I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve come out quickly and taken care of everything with no hassle. Not to mention, the community events they host are such a great time for the ENTIRE family it really brings everyone together and makes the neighborhood feel like a true community. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home!

I just want to thank Haley from the Grove at Swift Creek for going above and beyond. She came to our apartment in less than 5 minutes after we had called her to help us get the laundry door opened due to the washing machine vibrating in front of the door. She was able to get it opened by herself because myself and my roommate could not. All this happened at 5:00pm being closing time. All the maintenance men had already left.

If you are looking for a lovely apartment complex with a great Elementary School nearby, The Grove at Swiftcreek is where your home will be! The management team (Erin, Alexis and Haley) is great. Especially, Haley’s customer service is one of the bests my family and I have experienced! Thank you!

The Grove at Swift Creek is a quiet, neighborly community and is a beautiful place to live! The office staff is personable and they go above and beyond to ensure that their tenants are cared for. The maintenance staff is prompt and thorough when responding to requests. There are many wonderful amenities such as a pool, gym, tennis court, car wash, fire pits, outdoor grills, and corn hole boards. All of these amenities are well-maintained and clean for optimal enjoyment. There is also a weekly workout class offered for free and occasionally there are community sponsored events! The apartments themselves are stylish and spacious, offering ample storage. Erin and her team are awesome! They truly exceed expectations to make this community a home for so many.
