The Grove at Cherry Creek Park

I recently booked the clubhouse for an evening Friendsgiving event, and the entire experience was exceptional. The property management team was phenomenal to work with—they made the reservation process incredibly smooth and stress-free. The space itself was perfect for hosting. It’s always beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and offered more than enough room for our group of about 25 people. My guests loved the atmosphere and had plenty of space to mingle, enjoy their conversations, and simply feel comfortable. It truly made for a wonderful night, and I’ll definitely be booking the clubhouse again for future gatherings. Highly recommend to other residents.

Anthony and Ted are the best! Great customer service, my 3 bedroom is adorable! Work orders are done within a few hours of getting them entered, and the location is great close to everything.

I’ve lived here for several years and have had a great experience. The apartments are spacious, and maintenance is consistently quick and reliable. Oscar has handled repairs efficiently and made sure replacements were done promptly. The place is very well maintained and still feels like new.

For the price, this apartment complex is pretty good. They have a nice gym, there's a park right outside the complex where you can walk, the location is convenient with a lot of good grocery stores, shops and restaurants, and it hasn't felt unsafe. Johanna (the previous manager) Teddrick, May and the maintenance staff have all been helpful and responsive with my requests and needs since I've been here. I can't say it's perfect, but it's a solid 4.5/5.

I just have to give a shoutout to this place. We’ve been living here for several months now and I’ve never loved an apartment more (and I’ve rented 6 other places). We moved across the country and kind of took a chance on this community. First, the layout of our 2 bedroom is fantastic. High ceilings, a balcony, a fireplace, it’s beautiful. We had a few minor issues, but the maintenance team has absolutely been on top of everything. They are so so SO kind, very respectful and efficient. From what I can tell, everything is done well and not just a patch job. The whole team here, especially Teddrick, are also so helpful and kind. Any issue is in the community is addressed and communicated. We have a beautiful pool and hot tub and a fitness center—which could use a few updates but for what w
