The Grove at Bradford Hills

I moved into one of the 1B/1Ba units in early December, and have been loving life at The Grove at Bradford Hills! There is plenty of room for my dog and I in the unit itself, as well as on the property for walks. The units are beautiful and the staff are always friendly and helpful with any questions. Can't wait for it to warm up to use the gorgeous pool and amenities!

I’ve been living at The Grove in Bradfordville, and overall my experience has been good. The location is one of the biggest advantages—it’s in a quiet area but still close to everything you need like shopping, restaurants, and main roads. The property itself is well maintained, and the landscaping is kept up nicely. The apartments are spacious, and I like the layout. It feels comfortable and has been a good place to call home. Parking has generally been convenient, and I’ve always felt safe in the community.

We have loved living here! We have thoroughly enjoyed the pickleball courts, pool and playground. The inside of the apartments are nice and the ladies in the office have been wonderful. I’m so glad we chose this place to call home.

My experience with this property has been extremely positive overall. The apartments are clean, and have a modern aesthetic, with more space than you think just looking at them. The common areas are well maintained and I'm excited for the yoga (and other fitness style) classes they offer! The ladies in the staff are both friendly and professional, and they genuinely seem to care about residents. The complex overall is on top of maintenance requests and I've never felt like a burden when dropping by to say hi!
