The Grove Apartments

DO NOT,, I repeat DO NOT MOVE IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!! The roaches are severely bad. There is NOTHING you can do to get rid of them! They live in the walls. They hide when you’re doing an apartment tour once you move your things in and get comfortable they start to find places to hide in and make it hard for you to be comfortable!! Management is EVEN WORSE! You can file a maintenance report and they will not come for months. I’m living in a water damaged apartment and they refuse to do anything about it when it was the upstairs neighbors fault. I have broken things in my apartment and they get new maintenance men every month.

If I was able I would give this apartment no stars. If your looking for a roach infested, noisy/ horrible neighbors and the worst management this is the place for you. Roaches live in the walls and there is no way to get rid of them, having a neighbor that were not clean at all didn’t help the situation at all. We were on the 3rd floor, and for some reason there were fruit flys coming out of the sink. They did a great job pulling you in, just looking at the apartments they are great, but for all the things we had a problem with, management did nothing nor were they ever in the office. They told us we could get internet with anyone we choose and each person we went to turned us down because the apartment wouldn’t let them do it, we couldn’t get atat to come and do it either because our addr

I tried to get an apartment here for several months and the manager did not respond to my application and kept requesting that I repeatedly come into the office to present my financials. The apartments are nice however, beware that you may NEVER get into these apartments. They will hook you into believing that you qualify or that you have a chance at getting what you want but they will either have you waiting months or just ghosting you, it's a shame really.

Came to get information about the apartments for my mother I have come several times and every time I have come they are closed and door is locked with the sign showing that they will return at 10am it is now 2pm and no has come to the office they never answer the phone and I’ve heard from several people in the area that the management is poor at this location
