This is a great place to live! I’ve lived in 12 different states so obviously a lot of different places.. and one of the most important things in any apartment community… this place has… a wonderful, caring staff with great communication! There were things that needed to be fixed in my apartment but with good communication they’ve been fixed. I saw one review commenting that the pool wasn’t open for a few months straight during hot summer, but I’m going to include pics I took during that same stated time frame, swimming in the beautiful pool area at least twice a week. Everybody I’ve spoken to, maintenance, office staff and managers have all been pleasant, professional and friendly. This is a very nice remodeled, stainless steel appliances (and I love the bathroom sink) beautiful apartmen

Absolutely not, avoid at all costs. I’m coming up to 2 years living here, everything was nice and quiet the first couple months then everything went downhill. Within the past year we’ve had 3 different broken windows that were the result of BIG rocks thrown into our apartment, 2 of them very narrowly missing my mom and one car break-in. This all happened while we are allegedly paying for “security patrol” what a JOKE. And now, my neighbors right in front just got broken into!!!! All these incidents have been reported to the office and their only answer is “we can’t control other people”. No, you can’t but what you CAN control is your ability to provide proper security to your residents who PAY for those amenities. I want to also clarify that said “security” has been called in 2 out of the

Natasha and the whole office is amazing. From the initial meeting to look at apartments to service request for minor repairs. I feel as though they really care about my concerns and fix anything they can in a timely manner. The office personal are genuinely nice people and put a nice personal touch on the experience. The property is maintained well and often.

While moving can be stressful and difficult, adding on the task of leaving the state you reside to move across the country only amplify the stress and difficulty. Thankfully, this process was made not only bearable, but has consistently shown moments of enjoyable, relatable, human to human interaction. I have recently relocated to Las Vegas from Chicago, Illinois and while searching for a new home. I walked into the Grove and had a conversation with Joe and Amari. I was able to view available units, discuss amenities, and what stood out was that I was treated like an actual person throughout the entire process. I decided to move in and was provided with more information about move-in specials that benefited my transition from Chicago to Las Vegas Vegas. Throughout my month of living here,

Do not move into this place. Ever since we moved in, we have been having issues with everything. To start off, one of the toilets has overflowed over 5 times now. This has caused issues with the baseboards, walls, flooring, and carpet. There is now a smell that we cannot get rid of. I have been begging them for months now to change the toilet and they have refused. If it’s an emergency, they will tell you to use the other toilet. Keep in mind the other toilet belongs to my roommate who also pays her rent for her space. I should not have to put my human needs aside just because of the incompetence this company has shown. I am angry and upset because I have to throw out my floor mats, shower curtains, towels, as well as my cleaning supplies each time this has happened. This is money I am thr
