The Grove Apartments

For better or worse, this community really is fantastic between the leasing office the management office and the maintenance crew. Everybody does really care and supports a really fantastic community of neighbors. My wife and I moved here from New York and we quickly appreciated the community. We so deeply enjoyed the dog park the proximity to all of the south Austin hotspots and the community garden. All in all, we’ve lived here for about three years and there’s been up and downs with really enjoyed our time here. I would wholeheartedly recommend this complex to anyone that’s looking to live in a central South Austin apartment

I moved into The Grove late April/early May of 2025 and started getting extremely painful, extremely itchy bug bites within a few weeks of living there. This went on for months, was never resolved, and I eventually had to move out just to escape it. I have never had skin issues like this in my life and I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. The bug bites covered almost my entire body at some point. Management and pest control were inconsistent and ineffective, and they never even apologized for the inconvenience. I literally had to get very unprofessional just for them to finally send pest control, and even then they only did treatments on Fridays... every Friday I was told to wait all day, and sometimes they wouldn't even show up. I wanna start by saying that I absolutely love this complex and the community vibe. The location is great! I love the people that live here. I like working with the management office. Pricing is competitive and the majority of the apartments are renovated. I would advise against moving into building 11 right now however. There is a serious roach infestation that they cannot seem to get a handle on. I am a current resident and in tears as I write this. It has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been here for two years and may have to move. I have not been able to live my life normally for so many months that I don’t even remember when.🙏🤞

The absolute BEST part about this community is the leasing manager, Sam. She is always happy to answer questions, always gets right back to you if you have to leave a voicemail, and is always kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Absolutely fantastic communication and a real people person. And with all that she deals with on a daily basis, this woman deserves a raise. Thanks for everything Sam! The Grove is in a fantastic location and work orders are completed quickly! The pool is almost always sparkling clean and there’s also a fantastic dog park.

A place to call home. - My time at the Grove was so much more than an apartment complex. It was a true community; from the community garden planting parties, nights out at the fire pit, Super Bowl parties outside on a projector with refreshments provided from the complex, and the fun eclectic friends I made. The front office staff is THE BEST YOU WILL EVER FIND! My pup was always excited to see Sam for a treat in the office. Juan went above and beyond with his genuine and caring attitude, even saving me from a wasp once that had invaded my apartment! My dog and I loved the huge dog park and loved going for our walks around the beautiful grounds of the complex. I will miss the community dearly, and had life kept me in Austin would have stayed at this community for many years to come where I
