The Grove Apartments

The Grove Apartments - I will always love you!!! Truly not one negative thing to say about this place. Me and 2 of my best friends moved into the Grove in July of 2024 and sadly just moved out last week. Throughout everything, Anita was the kindest and most helpful person. The apartments are gorgeous, maintenance is on top of everything and responds super quickly. The amenities are incredible - well-kept pools, fitness centers, and an amazing yoga studio! If you're looking for a place to call home in Nashville, this is the place. It's super easy to get anywhere and everywhere. I will miss it here, and maybe someday I'll be back!

We have had a wonderful and amazing longstanding relationship with The Groves. In 25 years of offering our clients furnished rentals, there is not another property that we would recommend more!! Many of our midterm clients love their experience so much at The Groves that they often sign long term rental contracts directly through the Grove office after staying with us. We have had many of our residents who have said that tell their friends, families and associates and couldn't be more pleased! The Groves Whitworth and Richland have the most amazing team and cheerfully offer exceptional customer service!! We lived at The Grove for two years before buying our first home, and I couldn't have been happier with our experience. The property and apartments are very well maintained, the amenities are wonderful, and the leasing staff is great. We never had any issues with maintenance. The Grove goes above & beyond and I highly recommend it. We will miss it!!

Have lived in both a 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom here. Both were absolutely beautiful on the inside with great features including a fireplace! The amenities throughout the apartment are also amazing, multiple pools and grilling areas, and the coffee machine that keeps me caffeinated and functioning everyday! But the best part is the people. Great community and all the workers are so kind and welcoming too! Happy to call the Grove home!

The Grove has been the perfect landing pad as a newcomer to Nashville. The management & office staff go above and beyond to deliver impeccable customer service and to cultivate a genuine sense of community and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I love being greeted with a smile and knowing that the staff will check in on me every time I come in to get my espresso or use the workspace - southern hospitality at its best!
