Maintenance flooded my apartment while attempting to change a hot water heater in the apartment across from me. I have been dealing with the inconvenience for a week now with no end in sight and management offers no discount or any compensation for the inconvenience to my life that THEY caused while I’m the one that has to live with noisy fans and drywall dust all over my house, again, because of the problem maintenance caused. The trash rooms never get cleaned anymore and smell like a dead body. This wasn’t ever an issue until caf management took over. There was feces on the stairs for 2 weeks that they ignored. The stairs have been covered in urine and trash for months. Elevators were down for pretty much the entirety of the holidays as far back as thanksgiving forcing us on the western
My entire experience with this apartment community has been awful from start to finish. I applied for a unit and was notified only four days before my scheduled move, while I was in the middle of moving cross-country, that the apartment was not ready. Communication throughout the process has been extremely poor. Emails rarely receive responses, and despite reaching out, the regional manager has never responded to me. When I finally received the unit, it was clearly not move-in ready. The apartment was dirty, multiple appliances were not working, and the air filter had not been changed. It was obvious that proper make-ready standards were not followed. To make matters worse, I was assaulted by a man outside my apartment door. I had to call the police and file a report. This was a terrify
I recently moved to Dallas and knew I wanted to live just on the outskirts of downtown — close to the energy of the city but still in a comfortable, welcoming community. A friend who currently lives at The Griffin highly recommended it, so I decided to schedule a tour. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Kita. She was incredibly sweet, personable, funny, and professional all at the same time. She made the entire experience feel relaxed and genuine, not pressured. Kita took her time showing me around the property and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I instantly fell in love with the community — especially the pool and clubhouse area. I enjoy entertaining, and that space truly stood out to me as the perfect place to host friends and create memories. The overall vibe
I had a great experience with the maintenance man chris who came to fix my AC and lights. He was extremely professional, polite, and respectful throughout the entire process. He quickly identified the issues with my AC and explained clearly what needed to be done. The repair was done efficiently, and now my AC is working perfectly. He also fixed the lighting problem without any delay and made sure everything was properly checked before leaving. I really appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to answer my questions. It’s rare to see someone work with such dedication and attention to detail. Thank you for the excellent service — truly reliable and highly recomme
On January 9, my apartment was flooded with about 3–4 inches of water originating from the unit across from mine while I was at work. Ring doorbell footage clearly shows maintenance was aware of the water nearly 20 minutes before it reached my door, yet they took no steps to shut off the source or contain the water before it entered my unit. When I reported it to the office while the flooding was actively happening, I was told they couldn’t do anything and that we had to wait for the fire department — all while my home continued to flood. We are lucky to have a shop vac and my husband and friend worked for hours to drain all the water from our unit. When “help” finally arrived they went to drain the water from an empty unit first and we were never offered any help from maintenance staff.
