The Griff

I have to brag on Syneese in the leasing office! It was one of the best apartment tours that I have ever been on. She was so helpful in going over what it was like to live here and answered all of my questions. Then she took me on a tour and it was so easy to talk to her and she made me feel like I was right at home already. You can tell that she cares so much about her residents and the building itself! We even ran into some residents and they had such friendly exchanges and you can tell people are happy living here. The building itself and the amenities are also fantastic. I loved the balcony space too. Thank you, Syneese!

We had a great experience moving in to our apartment at The Griff thanks to Syneese and the team! Syneese is responsive, kind, and professional. She had made herself very available to us which has been so helpful during the moving-in process! & We love our new apartment!

Just moved in and the bed of last year and I have enjoyed living here. Catlin and Synn are amazing and helped me transition to Nashville. I would highly recommend The Griff, it is near walking paths and amazing places to eat. Very happy with the Griff and the staff.

They've been quick to respond to any questions or minor requests, which has made settling in so much easier. Living at The Griff has been such a wonderful experience! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are amazing, but what really makes this place special is the sense of community. The leasing team - especially Caitlin - is truly the best! Recently I was really sick and she checked in on me to make sure I was okay. That kind of kindness is rare, and it made me feel so cared for. The staff here genuinely go above and beyond, and it makes The Griff feel like so much more than just an apartment — it feels like a home. I’m so grateful to be part of this community and couldn’t recommend it more to anyone looking for a place in Nashville!
